I have seen this issue also. Voice over iis working like the old versions of
voiceover, but with VO 5, it was fixed, but know is like VO 4, or olders.

I don't recall if this has been discussed but I'm having focus problems
with
VoiceOver using iOS6. I searched the archives for information but without
any luck. Whenever I move from one screen to another and then back to the
original page, focus is returned to the top of the screen. An example of
this is writing a message and selecting to add an address from the
contacts
list. When returning from the contacts list, focus is moved to the top of
the message screen. This is time consuming and annoying. Is this a
problem
with iOS6? Have I set some values incorrectly in settings? Any help is
greatly appreciated.
