I use Wordpress and it's absolutely great. Also, if you need a web host, Interserver has shared hosting for only $5 a month, and it is extremely good. Normally I would say you get what you pay for, but in this case, you get a really good deal on really good hosting. I've been using self hosted Wordpress for several years now.
