I’m sorry you were having difficulty with your Samsung model. Obviously, I don’t know what you have. I Purchased a 2016 Samsung with voice guidance and I’ve been very happy with it. It reads the guides in the menus without difficulty. So I am uncertain where your issues are and perhaps you don’t have the right TV, I just don’t know. But TV is made after 2016 by Samsung are supposed to have voice guidance built-in.
