Hi Fanis, The File manager button is usually at the top left, at least on an iPhone. I don't have an iPad. The BT VoiceOver command to get to the top left is control+up arrow. Then you could do control+options+right arrow to move to the right one item at a time in case it didn't land you on the file manager button.
I'm hoping that works the same on an iPad.
