Joy is in Canada as am I and here what she said seems to be the case. People
bought toilet paper and a few other things like crazy which especially in the
case of toilet paper makes no sense at all, but now this is again changing.
Here in British Columbia almost all the toilet paper comes from 3 large
factories right her e in the province and there was never a shortage or the
risk of a shortage. Anyhow, if people are doing this then the stores have to
simply prevent hording by only letting people buy 1 package of the stuff and
people who buy up stuff to resell for a profit need to be punished harshly.

Where do you live that you believe these supplies are coming back? In
Nashville, they're buying this stuff like they are going out of style.
