Aside from calling Apple Accessibility, you might try putting her in your contacts, add the field for spouse or relation, or tell Siri So and so is my wife. Then, try telling Siri, My wife's name is spelled; and spell it out letter by letter.
That is just a guess since I don't have anyone in my contacts that Siri misspells. My first choice in cases like this is always to call Apple Accessibility.
