Voice Dream Scanner, $5.99 for the iPhone version. The only limitation, which the developer is working on, is that columns do not scan well. But, you will not find a better OCR app. It is fast, accurate, and you can save as accessible PDF, so the visual appearance is there, but the text is also accessible. And if you also have Voice Dream Reader, it makes extracting text from an image PDF really slick, but even without being a Voice Dream Reader user, Scanner will show up in the share sheet, so it can be used to extract text from an image PDF. For quick and dirty scans without saving, Seeing AI is good. O, and Voice Dream Scanner can save multiple pages into one document.
