I would sync them to iCloud, if something ever happened to your phone and you had a new phone they would all just reappear once you put in your credentials. I guess you could also use iTunes and Outlook and together with the iCloud Control Panel sync your contacts to Outlook, but it will take some setting this up. Programs like iMazing are also supposed to let you backup your contacts and I bought a little device called a "Hypercube" from a Kickstarter campaign, you plug it into your wall outlet, plug an SD card into the unit and them plug your iPhone into the Hypercube with the regular Lightning cable. You also have to download the free Hypercube app and once set up each time you plug your phone in to charge it will also back up all your photos, contacts and some other stuff to the SD card. I have only done it once or twice so far since I also backup my phone to iCloud and my email and contacts are all synced with Outlook.com and, in the case of my business, via Exchange, but it seems to work well and I primarily bought a few of these for myself, my wife and my Mom for those times when we may travel to countries where you don't have a data connection or if you do it's slow and limited. This way you can still back up photos and such in case the phone is stolen or something else happens. If you are interested in this device you can just Google "Hypercube".

The list of contacts is growing lone enough so I am concerned about possibly losing them. I would love to be able to lift the list of contacts off the phone as a file or folder and keep the contacts list off phone. Is there a way to do such a thing? Thanks in advance for your help!
