Tap on the picture and it should open up, you will have the usual “Share” button, I think it might be at the top right. Activate it and pick what you want to do, you can save it to your Photo library, you can save it to iCloud or, if you have services with corresponding apps such as Dropbox or OneDrive you can save it there which then will also sync it to any computer you may have, you can also email it to you.
