I zip my audio books if they're done in mp3s. I then copy them into iCloud Drive and then simply load them into VoiceOver much like any other book. You can also use other clouds like Dropbox. Once it's in Voice Dream Reader, each file is treated like a separate chapter. One thing you should do before zipping them is make certain the files are named sequentially so they appear and will be played in order. Hope that helps.
