Hello, I don’t normally use iTunes to transfer content to my iPhone I genaerally prefer to use Waltr2.
However, I am helping a friend to set up his iPhone and it is his first device. I have a tone that I have created for him, it is the correct length, in the right format and works fine on my iPhone. I have tried copying the tone to Automatically ad to iTunes and under Files, Devices Synchronise is disabled. The iPhone is visible to iTunes it sees the serial number, battery level and so-on. I am obviously missing something but how do I get the tone on to his iPhone? Using Windows10 and the version of iTunes from Apple’s site. Thanks.
