I have a strange iTunes issue with my iPhone XR running IOS 13.4.1 iTunes Version 12.10.6.2 and Windows10. Under the Devices option of the Files menu in iTunes it used to say "Synchronise Malcolm Parfitt's iPhone" If I sign out of iCloud on my iPhone it is enabled again. disabled for some reason. It used to say "Synchronise Malcolm Parfitt's iPhone" If I sign out of iCloud on the iPhone the synchronise is available again. I have reauthorized the computer but this has not resolved it. I can see my iCloud Drive on the computer so I know the pc is signed into iCloud. My friend is having the same problem with his new iPhone SE 2020.
