Just use Alexa.amazon.com in any web browser and you will get some of the functionality from the Amazon Alexa App. For a while, they were sold in Canada with no official support of skills and local weather. They came to be properly supported in Canada as of the Echo Third Generation and later, released in 2018, so you probably have a long time to wait. The South African dialect is a complex one, as it has so many influences, africans to be curtain. Then all other south african official languages. See if the google home app is supported in South Africa. Daniel
