Hi Jennie. Once you have found the play/pause button on your screen, flick once to the wright and you'll hear navigation. You can swipe up and down through options like heading which would be one track of your audio book, then there are increments of seconds like 60, 30, and 15 seconds. Once you have found the navigation that you want to move by, flick left to the play/pause button and swipe up to go back and down to go forward by your chosen level. Good luck.
