You may be on an older version of the app, or it is different in Canada. On the bottom, I now only have 4 tabs: Home, Library, Originals, and Discover. There is no longer a Cloud button or Device button at the top. Along the top if you select the Library tab, you have these buttons: Search, Titles, Unread, Collection, All Titles, Not Started, Started, Downloaded, Finished. Depending on which one of those is selected, you will find the number of titles in that section, then a Recent button and a Select button, which I have not quite sorted out what the Selected button accomplishes.
