Hello, I am using VoiceOver on an iiPhone8+ with iOS 13.4.1. When I am on a call and have to go through an automated phone tree, it seems as though the VoiceOver volume has gotten lower so that now I am not able to hear the buttons that I am crossing over before I press it. This is while the phone is on speaker phone. I use to be able to hear VoiceOver clearly even when on the call. I have made sure that the audio ducking setting is turned on and also have restarted my phone but this still has not helped out. Is there a means of raising the volume of VoiceOver only in-call? I have tried turning the rotor to volume but when I perform this action the proximity censor thinks that i am trying to go back to the ear piece on the receiver. Thank you in advance for any responses.
