It was faster for me going phone to phone.
But, results may vary.

Subject: New SE2020 Setting up from ICloud backup, or via phone transfer?
Since I’ve music on my old SE that I don’t care if it gets transferred onto the
new one (I can always connect to ITunes and transfer it that way to the new
phone at a later date), what advantages do you guys see setting up the new SE
from an ICloud backup, versus from phone to phone transfer? Is one way quicker
than the other? Thanks in advance for info.
