This is not limited to Facebook, it happened to me yesterday with the PC Optimum rewards app which is for some stores here in Canada. I was at Shopper’s Drug Mart and wanted to bring up my card image to scan it at checkout so I would get the rewards points and it told me the same thing about the app being no longer shared with me and I had to delete it, reinstall it and then sign in again.
