I've gotten used to it by now so it's not quite as noticeable as when I first converted to iOS 13.x but I notice the haptic feedback around the body of my SE 2020 as I swipe through the home screen icons or between any other screen controls. I've got my haptic intensity set to 80% and I don't use a heavy case on my iPhone but I definitely get haptic feedback around the body of the phone, not just its home button. The haptic vibration / sound is the so called haptic feature simulating a certain feel through the Home button.
