Carolyn, I'm just curious, what model of phone is that kyozera phone that'sa bar phone, I haven't heard of that. Kyocera Dura ia a feature phone. It is not a flip phone; it is a candy barphone. It has buttons to use for dialing and menus.

To get the first name first, I went to Contacts in Settings, and I think thelast entry was where I set them. There were two parts to it, and I think Ihad to experiment to get it right. Fortunately, when I got my new phone,everything imported like I had it.

I like first name first as well. I've also heard different theories on howmany contacts you should have on your phone. Someone told me you should onlyhave 100, well others said you could have as many as possible. I would liketo know what you folks think. Some of my disappear and I have to re-enterthem.   That setting is under settings, contacts.

Do you want it to alphabetize by last name, but show first then last inthe list?

  That used to be the default, but check in your settings to be sure.
