checked my account and said that they had no problem on their end. They sent me 
some tips which I followed and still got the same message that they couldn’t 
deliver: blah, blah, blah! I decided to ignore all of this and went into a 
restaurant that said it was open for pickup only and was successful at placing 
an order and had it delivered. I wrote back to the support person and told them 
that I think someone is trying to hack the site!

Door Dash is still about the easiest of the food delivery sites to navigate in 
my opinion!

The only issue I have with Door Dash is that they charge your card immediately 
when you place the order.  Recently I had a situation where I placed an order 
and a few minutes later got a notification from Door Dash saying that the 
restaurant could not fill my order, no explanation as to why.  They also said 
that my card had already been charged the full amount, and they would credit 
the charge back, but it would take a week to do so.  I think that they 
shouldn't devit the card until the restaurant verifies the order.
