Recently I had a situation where I placed an order and a few minutes later got a notification from Door Dash saying that the restaurant could not fill my order, no explanation as to why. They also said that my card had already been charged the full amount, and they would credit the charge back, but it would take a week to do so. I think that they shouldn't devit the card until the restaurant verifies the order.
