I have not found this, but I don’t have a lot of news apps. Have you gone into Notifications and turned them off there?

When I attempt to interact upon them after VoiceOver verbalizes them I end up invoking a notification from another app thus there seems to be no way to dismiss them or say yes to them. It is driving me mad. Has anyone else encountered this and is there any fix? I tried deleting and downloading the apps again thinking if I answered the notifications prompt on set up that'd set things right but so far no joy. Has anyone else encountered this?
