The good news is that apps like the App Store, Phone, Messages, Settings, Camera, Photos, Health and so on cannot be deleted. You can delete other stock apps such as Mail, Files, Calculator and others, but apps crutial to the functioning and usage of your iPhone cannot be deleted. This means you moved it either into a folder or to another home page.If you can't located the app it might be time to ask a sighted person or call Apple Accessibility, they can connect so they can see your screen and maybe help that way.
