That sounds odd, If you have set up an account then it shouldn’t matter which app you are using the log in details should let you in to the service if you have entered the correct details,

Since then I’ve tried to sign into the Disney Plus app on my IPhone and I’m told that that email or password doesn’t exist. Does this have to do with the fact that I’m paying through Amazon? If so, do I have to pay for another subscription through Apple to be able to use the Disney Plus app on my IPhone? Thanks!
