I have downloaded the team viewer app for the mac and everything is fine 
in that regard.  When I tried to use it with AIRA,the agent said that he could 
not see the desktop icons and told me to go to security and privacy settings 
not for team viewer but in the apple settings.  I later did this, selecting 
screen recording and saw that team viewer was listed.  It also said to hit the 
lock button to make changes and I assumed that I had to do this to give my 
permission.  I doo not see any checkbox now by team viewer but maybe the 
permission has been granted so how can I know if I have given permission to use 
team viewer with AIRA.

     any other suggestions or thoughts would be helpful.
