I am not 100 percent sure what you are asking, but if you want to be able to tell how much data you have used over cellular in a given period of time, go to the very bottom of the cellular settings, and it says reset statistics. Or at least that is the way it is in IOS 12. I do this on the first day of my billing cycle to keep up with how much I use in a given month.
