I have the latest version of IOS so you go to settings, go to sounds. The first thing you come to as you swipe to the right is vibrate and to the right of that, it says vibrate on ring. If you want that selected, double tap on that. I have the IOS 6S plus. Some people say their phone says sounds and haptics but mine only says sounds but so far as I know, everything else works the same.
