Duh! I was getting so frustrated with helping someone set up his phone that I 
blanked out using SIRI to turn it on and off. There is nothing worse when 
helping someone with technology than helping a sighted person who strongly 
dislikes any kind of tech and thinks everything should work right now and, by 
the way, if it's not right in front of you on the first sdreen, it must not be 
there!
Not my opinion, but his.

I'll go in and reset Voice Over to work with the triple tap on the home key.
