Hi afick, when you plug your Apple TV to electric outllat the device turns on. In order to use the device you must to adjust the correct HDMI connection, you need assistentof a sited person to do this. After that press 3 times on the "Home" button it's the first button from the right of the touch surface. Voice Over will be turn on. The setting up your Apple TV similar to setting up a new iPhone. Just folow the instraction on the screen.
