I have the first gen airpods. If I had to pay for them all at once I wouldn't have considered them worth it either. They are about 2 years old now and the batteries pretty crappy now. When they die the only thing I will be able to do is trash tem. I am sure I will wonder where my money went then. The case is fine but when I am having to charge them every 2 hours, I am wishing for other had phones.
