Go into Sounds and Haptics and ring. I set mine to 90%, wear hearing aids, but I can hear who's calling me now. I'll never know how it got down to 40% recently, but it did. Now I know what to do to fix it.

please can someone remind me how to turn the volume up on your mobile phone’s ring when a call comes in? I have been into setting and set a volume on ring but when I check it by ringing my mobile phone it hasn’t changed the volume at all. thanks a lot. Janet
