I'm not a Shortcuts expert, so I downloaded the app to see what could be done. When I tried using the Siri command to play CBC Listen, it said CBC Listen has not added that to Siri. Perhaps you need to contact the app developers and request that. It shouldn't be difficult for them to do it. I couldn't test the playlists at all since I am not in Canada.
