YOu turn this on by double-tapping the Home button. I don't mean pressing the Home button twice; I mean simply tapping it twice. As Richard says, you can turn this off if you like. But I hear from time to time this swoshing sound if I mov e the phone or I don’t e ven remem ber why, but ‘m hearing it.
