Hello everyone,

I just have a quick question I am hoping someone can help me with.


I want to track my calories burned, and the distance, when I work out with my Apple watch. I am using an exercise bike. I see in the work out section, that there is an indoor cycling option.


Could I use this option too track these things?

If so, once I start a work out, how do I end it?
