For me it really has nothing to do with the update.  I haven't updated to 13.6 
yet, and the first time it happened was before 13.5.  But as mentioned it is 
intermittent!  I can set alarms and have them go off without a problem for a 
week or more, then one doesn't.  The intermittency is why I decided to ask on 
list rather than going straight to Apple Support.
