I tried this, but there's no edit in the rotor.

Put the voiceover focus into the the text you need to copy. Turn
the
rotor to edit. flick down to select all. then flick to copy.
Opewn the
app where you want to paste the text. Put voiceover focus into
the
chosen field. if neccessary turn the rotor once more to edit.
Then flick
to paste.
I forgot you have to tap the screen once everytime you chose an
option.
