I’d forget the BMI measurements as BMI can be an incorrect measuring unit.
Someone who is 6 foot 2 and 200 pounds professional sports person can be over weight under the BMI measurements As could a 10 year old child who is taller than the average for the age group. I don’t mind if my scale is consistently inaccurate by plus .4 pounds because it’ll still track the overall trajectory of my weight gains and losses. I definitely don’t think the body fat percentage measurement on my scale is accurate nor is the BMI, but the weight seems spot on and for my weight dependent competitions, it’s never let me down. Curious if anyone on this list has tried the Wyze scale though. Definitely a more affordable option.
