In my book the best option is Bluetooth for your headphones and then charge your phone as normal using the lightening cab;e.
Or I believe there is a device from belken I think called the Rockstar that has 2 parts to it, 3.5mm jack and the lightening cable and a lightening plug input to the phone / tablet you wish to charge.
