Yes, a two finger double tap and hold on the second tap and you will hear the tones and VoiceOver will say, Alert, Text, text field" or something like that and will speak whatever is currently the label. You can delete what is there and replace it with whatever you like. Then, flick to the right to the save button and double tap.
