Try turning off wifi, then turn off the phone.
After turning it on again, turn on Wifi, and see if it connects.
If not, you may have to do a reset network settings.
If none of the above work, maybe call Apple Accessibility for more ideas.

What I would do is reset network settings. You do this by:

1. open the settings app
2. Double tap general
3. Double tap reset
4. Double tap reset network and settings. Don't do any others. The network 
settings is all you need to reset. Then confirm your choice and restart the 
phone which it will do for you.

Everything else in my house is connected to wifi and working fine.  My iphone 
would not connect when I got home this evening.  I am asking for ideas on how 
to get it to connect again.  I have tried the following:

  1.  Chose wifi from the settings menu and tried to reconnect.  I typed in my 
wifi password and the phone rejected it.  This has happened several times.
  2.  Powered off phone and back on.  Still no wifi.  Went to wifi in setting 
and tried to connect.  No luck.  Wifi signal shows 3 of 3 bars, but can not 
connect.  Help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
