Sorry for the incomplete Email! What I meant to say was the problem isn’t Youtube lowering the phone’s volume; the problem is Youtube makes VoiceOver come out of the earpiece! You have to either play something for it to resolve itself, or turn VoiceOver off and on via Triple Click Home. Hope this helps.
