Some Kindle books are too graphical to support VoiceOver but this is relatively rare. Typically, it's because a book is a graphic novel or comic. Look in the information in the book's entry on the Amazon site. You need to buy Kindle books from the Amazon site local to your country. Also, you'll need to register the Kindle app after installing it on your iPHONE. I have a section about this in the guide I wrote. Enjoy the book.
