This message means that the album has been removed from your country's Apple music store. possibly a dispute between Apple & the singer/group. The album is possibly still in another country Apple music library, no way to know for sure or which country still has the album in Apple music library. This sort of thing also happens in the app store, developers remove their apps from certain country's app stores, possibly leaving the app in other countries app store.
