Since it still Works on Apple's iOS12,
(I Think) the Problem/Issue lies with Apple's
iOS: More Specifically; Apple's iOS13.

MyReasoning for this is: Recently,
Google PushedOut an Update to its YouTube
MobileApp, which
GreatlyReduced the Volume/Sound
when OpeningUp the YouTube MobileApp, & this
Issue/Problem was Experienced on Both iOS12 as
well as iOS13, & this is "why" (I Believe)
this Time, the Fault lies with Apple & its iOS updates (iOS13)
