I have a nano 5th edition and the last time I changed the music voiceover wwas removed. I have tried reinstalling it and it is not happening. It seems to be getting stuck in the download process.I am running the latest version of iTunes and the latest software for the nano, win 7 home 64 jaws 13. I have even uninstalled itunes and installed another copy from the web site.still no vo. *** character is found in how you treat people who can't do anything for you.
