R son is correct there is an iPhone 2020 SE, It's a new phone but in the same shape as the 8 but has a new processor, the same model as in the iPhone 11 range from 2019, It has a single camera And home button with touch id, And yes comes in a 64, 128 and 256 gig storage models. A very nice phone and well worth the price they currently are.
If you're using a 6s then the SE 2020 would be a very similar format to use.
