Hi Barbara,

I just had to do the same thing. You should delete your old account or you
won’t be able to set up a new one. The message you get gives you a choice to
save the data to your phone, and that is what you need to do. It’s deleted
from the cloud, but you can put it back once you have your new account set up.

Hi

Hope someone can help.

I have changed my Apple username and password. However, now I can’t sync with
iCloud on my iPhone. I can input the new password in iCloud, but I can’t find
how to edit the username?

If I delete the account to create another one, it’s telling me all the data on
the phone synced with iCloud will be deleted, so what can I do?

Many thanks.

Barbara
