Hey Richard, Chime stopped working again… It was fine until this morning.. I 
have it set for 1:00am to 11:00pm.  My other phone the 6s is working fine.

Did you double tap on the place it says "On?"

Also, did you make sure that in Notification settings you have it set to allow 
on lock screen and sounds are on?
