Yes it is very accessible on the Apple Tv. My wife and I have been using Youtube Tv for just about a year now and I find that it is fully accessible on the Apple Tv as well as iPhone and iPad.

I prefer to subscribe to third-party services through Apple because I know that I can easily unsubscribe when ready, without any hassle. So, if anyone knows of a local live TV streaming service that allows subscriptions through Apple please let me know as I would greatly appreciate any help on this.
