Hi, There is no way to change the apple user ID for an app. The only solution is to delete the app. Before deleting the app I recommend searching the app store to confirm that the app is still in the app store. If the app has been removed from the app store, deleting the app also removes the backup of the app from your iCloud. What was a Free app years ago may now be a paid app. Two things to consider before proceeding with deleting the app.
